TrueBird Global LLC (“TrueBird,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates TabEagle, a software product
designed to help independent business operators create invoices, share payment links, and
communicate payment-related information with their customers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use
our website, mobile application, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address,
phone number, login credentials, and other account details.
Business and Invoice Information
When you use TabEagle, we may collect information you enter into invoices or payment requests,
including customer names, customer contact information, invoice descriptions, amounts due, due
dates, notes, photos, and related attachments.
Customer Information Entered by Users
TabEagle users may enter information about their own customers, such as names, phone numbers,
email addresses, invoice details, service descriptions, and payment-related information. Users are
responsible for having the right to provide this information to TabEagle.
Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store full
credit card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process payment information, identity
information, bank account information, and transaction details under their own terms and privacy
policies.
Photos and Attachments
If you upload photos or other attachments, we may store and process those files to provide
invoice, payment, customer communication, recordkeeping, and support features.
Device, Usage, and Technical Information
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, crash logs,
diagnostic data, pages viewed, actions taken in the app, and other technical information used to
operate, secure, and improve the service.
Communications
If you contact us for support, we may collect the contents of your message and related contact
information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve TabEagle;
- Create, send, display, and manage invoices and payment links;
- Support account setup, authentication, security, and customer service;
- Process transactions through third-party payment providers;
- Send service-related notices, confirmations, alerts, and updates;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and prevent misuse;
- Maintain business records;
- Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, security, and fraud-prevention obligations;
- Develop new features and improve user experience.
3. Payment Processing
TabEagle may integrate with third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment processing
services are provided by those third-party providers and are subject to their own terms and
privacy policies.
Depending on the payment structure used, Stripe or another payment provider may collect and
process information such as business identity details, payment card information, bank account
information, transaction data, fraud-prevention data, and compliance information.
TrueBird does not control every aspect of how third-party payment providers process payment data.
Users and payors should review the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy policy.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service Providers
We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, data storage, analytics,
authentication, communications, security, customer support, crash reporting, and payment
processing.
Payment Providers
We may share information with payment providers to enable payments, payouts, refunds, fraud
prevention, identity verification, compliance, and dispute handling.
Invoice Recipients
When a TabEagle user sends an invoice, payment request, photo, or attachment to a customer, the
customer may receive the information included by the user.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, regulatory
request, fraud investigation, security investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and
property of TrueBird, our users, customers, or others.
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar
transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. User Responsibilities
TabEagle users are responsible for the information they enter, upload, and send through the
service. This includes responsibility for invoice accuracy, customer contact information, uploaded
photos, service descriptions, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
Users should not upload sensitive information unless necessary for their legitimate business use.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain
business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent
fraud, and support legitimate business purposes.
Some information may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
7. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your TabEagle account or certain personal information by contacting:

We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Some information may be
retained if necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security,
or legitimate business purposes.
If the TabEagle app supports account creation, we also intend to provide a way to initiate account
deletion within the app.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information
will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
9. Children’s Privacy
TabEagle is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected
such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools to understand app performance,
identify errors, improve usability, and maintain security. These tools may collect device, usage,
and technical information.
11. Marketing Communications
We may send service-related messages and, where permitted, occasional product updates or marketing
communications. You may opt out of marketing communications, but we may still send non-marketing
messages related to your account, transactions, security, or support.
12. State and International Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of
certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain
processing.

not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TabEagle, including our website,
mobile application, software, features, content, and related services. TabEagle is operated by
TrueBird Global LLC (“TrueBird,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing TabEagle, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, do not use TabEagle.
1. TabEagle Service
TabEagle is a software tool that helps independent business operators create invoices, share
payment links, attach photos or supporting information, and communicate with customers about
payment.
TabEagle is not a bank, money transmitter, escrow agent, debt collector, accountant, tax advisor,
law firm, insurance provider, or payment card network. Payment processing is provided by
third-party payment providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use
TabEagle. If you use TabEagle on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to
bind that business to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and keep it updated. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity
under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User Content
“User Content” means information, invoices, descriptions, photos, attachments, customer details,
messages, notes, and other materials you enter, upload, send, or store using TabEagle.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant TrueBird a limited license to host, store,
process, display, transmit, and use User Content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support,
and improve TabEagle.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, send, and use your User
Content through TabEagle.
5. Invoice and Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of invoices, amounts, descriptions, taxes, fees, and due dates;
- The goods or services you provide to your customers;
- Obtaining any necessary customer authorization;
- Ensuring that messages, invoices, photos, and payment requests are lawful and appropriate;
- Resolving disputes with your customers;
- Providing refunds, credits, corrections, or receipts when required;
- Maintaining your own business, tax, and accounting records.
TabEagle does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid.
6. Payments
TabEagle may allow you to create or share payment links through third-party payment providers such
as Stripe.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms, conditions,
underwriting, compliance review, identity verification, risk controls, reserves, holds, refunds,
chargebacks, and dispute processes.
TrueBird is not responsible for payment provider decisions, declined transactions, delayed
payouts, reserves, chargebacks, disputes, account limitations, or compliance reviews.
You are responsible for all fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and customer claims
related to your business and transactions, unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written
agreement.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes
related to your goods, services, invoices, payments, and business operations. TabEagle does not
provide tax advice.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TabEagle to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
- Send false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive invoices or payment requests;
- Impersonate another person or business;
- Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or privacy-invasive content;
- Process payments for prohibited, restricted, illegal, or high-risk goods or services;
- Harass, spam, threaten, or abuse customers or others;
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, fraud controls, or payment provider requirements;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or misuse the service;
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of TabEagle.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, compliance,
reputational, or operational risk.
9. Third-Party Services
TabEagle may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, messaging
providers, app stores, analytics providers, hosting providers, and communication tools.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. TrueBird
is not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, fees, restrictions, or decisions.
10. App Stores
If you download TabEagle through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your
use may also be subject to that marketplace’s terms. The marketplace provider is not responsible
for providing support or maintenance for TabEagle unless required by applicable law.
11. Subscriptions and Fees
Some TabEagle features may require payment of subscription fees or usage fees. Pricing, billing
intervals, included features, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly
provided by the applicable app store or payment provider.
We may change pricing or features by providing notice where required.
12. Cancellations
You may cancel paid services through the method used to purchase them. If you subscribed through
an app store, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through that app store.
Cancelling a subscription may stop future billing but does not necessarily delete your account or
historical records.

We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific
response time unless separately agreed in writing.
14. Service Availability
We work to keep TabEagle available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free,
or secure operation. TabEagle may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security
issues, third-party failures, or events outside our control.
15. Intellectual Property
TabEagle, TrueBird, our software, designs, logos, trademarks, content, and technology are owned by
TrueBird or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to
you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from TabEagle except
as permitted by these Terms.
16. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant TrueBird the right to use them without
restriction or compensation.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
TabEagle is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBird
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not warrant that TabEagle will meet your requirements, increase collections, prevent
disputes, prevent chargebacks, or ensure payment.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBird will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost
data, business interruption, payment disputes, chargebacks, delayed payouts, customer claims, or
reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBird’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid to TrueBird for TabEagle during the three months before the claim arose; or
(b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueBird, its owners, officers, employees,
contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs,
and expenses arising from:
- Your use of TabEagle;
- Your invoices, payment requests, photos, attachments, messages, or User Content;
- Your goods, services, customers, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of law or third-party rights.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TabEagle if we believe you violated these Terms,
created risk for TrueBird or others, misused the service, failed to pay fees, or used TabEagle in
a prohibited or unlawful manner.
You may stop using TabEagle at any time. Account deletion may be requested through the app, if
available, or by contacting support@truebirdglobal.com.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice
through the website, app, or email. Continued use of TabEagle after updated Terms become effective
means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

TabEagle is operated by TrueBird Global LLC. This Support, Refund, and Data Deletion Policy
explains how users can contact us for help, request account deletion, and understand payment or
refund responsibilities.

volume, third-party service delays, and whether identity or account verification is required.
2. Types of Support We Provide

- Login or authentication issues;
- Invoice creation and sending;
- Payment link setup;
- App errors or technical issues;
- Subscription questions;
- Data deletion requests;
- Privacy requests;

3. Payment Processing Support
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Some payment issues may
need to be handled by the payment provider, the user’s bank, the customer’s bank, Apple, Google,
or another third party.
TabEagle does not control all payment provider decisions, including declined payments, identity
verification, payout timing, reserves, chargebacks, or disputes.
4. Invoice Customer Disputes
TabEagle is a software tool used by independent business operators. We are not a party to the
work, goods, services, invoice, or customer relationship between a TabEagle user and the user’s
customer.
If you are a customer who received an invoice through TabEagle and have a question about the
invoice, service, amount due, refund, or dispute, contact the business that sent you the invoice.
5. Refunds to Invoice Customers
Refunds for goods or services provided by a TabEagle user are the responsibility of that user,
unless otherwise required by law or payment provider rules.
TrueBird does not decide whether a business must refund its customer for work performed, services
provided, goods sold, invoice errors, missed appointments, customer dissatisfaction, or similar
issues.
6. TabEagle Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a TabEagle subscription or paid feature directly from TrueBird, refund
eligibility will depend on the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
If you purchased through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, refund
requests may need to be submitted through that marketplace.
Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable after
the billing period begins.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the method used to purchase it.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but may not automatically delete your account,
invoices, records, or payment provider account.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your TabEagle account by:
- Using the account deletion feature in the TabEagle app, if available; or
- Emailing support@truebirdglobal.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
We may need to verify your identity before deleting an account.
9. What Account Deletion Means
When your account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal
information associated with your account, subject to limitations below.
Account deletion may affect access to:
- Invoice history;
- Customer records;
- Uploaded photos and attachments;
- Payment links;
- Business records;
- App settings;
- Support history.
Before requesting deletion, download any records you need to keep for tax, accounting, legal, or
business purposes.
10. Information We May Retain
We may retain certain information when necessary for:
- Legal compliance;
- Tax and accounting records;
- Fraud prevention;
- Security;
- Payment disputes;
- Chargebacks;
- Enforcement of our Terms;
- Backup and disaster recovery;
- Legitimate business records.
Some information may remain with third-party payment providers, app stores, banks, or other
services under their own retention policies.
